1- I made my reservation through an agency via internet and I will be staying in the hotel for 3 days, then can I get a free transfer from airport to the hotel?

Free transfer is provided only for the online reservations made for 3 days.

2- How much does it take to reach the hotel from the airport?

In a regular traffic flow, it takes almost 20 minutes from Ataturk Airport to the hotel, while it is almost 35 minutes during the rush hours.
As Sabiha Gokcen Airport is in the Asian side, it takes almost 1.15 hours to reach the hotel.

Sabiha Gökçen Havalimanı Asya yakasında olduğundan taksi ile ulaşım süresi yaklaşık 1 saat 15 dakikadır.

3- Is there any alternative for taxi to come to the hotel from the Airport?

Metro is another alternative to reach the hotel from Ataturk Airport. You may take the metro from Ataturk Airport, then get off at the ZEYTINBURNU station and take another tram to KABATAS or EMINONU. Then, if you get off the GULHANE Station, the hotel is only 50 meters away.
From Sabiha Gokcen Airport, you can only take the taxi or shuttles-with a fee- to the city.

4- How much should I spare to reach the airport from the hotel?

For the international flights, you should be at the airport 2 hours before, and for the domestic flights you should be 1 hour before your flight. You should also add half an hour to reach Ataturk airport to from the hotel, for Sabiha Gokcen Airport you should add at least 1 hour.

5- If I come by train to Istanbul, is it possible to come to the hotel on foot?

Yes, from the Sirkeci International Train Station the hotel is 5 minutes away on foot.

6- What is the exact check-in time for the hotel?

The check-in hours for the hotels is 12:30. If the rooms are available, it is possible to make check-in before that hour.

7- Is there any place in the hotel that we can leave our luggage?

In all of our hotels there are some offices that you may leave your luggage before or after your check-in.

8- Is reservation required for lunch or dinner in the Sirkeci Group Restaurants?

It is advisable that you make a reservation for the Sirkeci Group Restaurants. You may see the details on the brochures inside your room, or ask for the help of Front Desk Staff.
